Guests have access to the entire condo and the Rec Center amenities. They need to call them directly to schedule. Community activities include tennis, basketball, golf, swimming, gym, and great running trails.
Kayaks, fishing poles, and canoes can be rented from Stillwater Kayaks (a 5-minute walk).
Also available at Broad Creek Recreation Center with a small extra charge:
Mini golf = $4 per person (children under six at no charge).
Bike Rentals = $4 per hour, maximum of 2 hours.

There is a small boat ramp, kayak launch space, and fishing pier next to our building. A larger boat ramp is located just minutes away via a different street in our community. Guests are welcome to use these. If you plan to bring a boat, please let us know in advance so we can obtain a Boat Ramp Pass for you.
